For the purpose of assessing a grant application and if successful, in order to
provide a grant;
If an application is unsuccessful we may hold Personal Information we collect in
relation to the application for our records;
For the purpose of sending you news, information and general promotional material
about the Foundation and its work.

Any and all information collected will not be sold or otherwise provided to a third party without your permission. We will not disclose your personal information to anyone outside the Mary Potter Trust Foundation, unless required by law.

No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. Whilst
we strive to protect your personal information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us. Any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to ensure its security.
