Training Plus Special Needs is a project to empower 13 people with disabilities to independently enter travel situations and enhance their lifestyles. The program will provide the 13 participants the skills, experience and confidence necessary to use public transport, such as low floor buses, trams and in particular trains, to travel to the city and other destinations of their choice.
