Cystic Fibrosis Literacy Program

The Foundation has funded a pilot program by the Cystic Fibrosis SA Inc, to teach reading and
life-skills to 40 young adults with Cystic Fibrosis, Asthma and Cancer. These people are illiterate
or semi-literate and face massive challenges just to get through life. The programme will ultimately assist them manage their health. It will also prepare them for appropriate employment and greater involvement in the community.
