FRANS Finnancial Assistance Project

Family Resource and Network Support (FRANS) is a community organisation established in
1983 by a group of parents and workers from a local hospital. The organisation provides respite services to people with disabilities and their families/carers living in the inner west of Sydney.

FRANS is seeking to establish an ongoing Financial Assistance Program consisting
of a No Interest Loan Scheme and a "Trust” type arrangement that makes one off
non-repayable contributions to assist families in their daily tasks of caring for a person
with a disability.
