Finding Workable Solutions (FWS), located in South Australia, was established in South Australia in 1989 as a lawn mowing and cleaning business employing 6 people with a disability and one staff member. Now in 2006 there are 4 branches in regional South Australia, employing 52 staff and 171 clients with a disability in both open and supported employment.

Working in partnership with Alexandrina Council, FWS plans to establish a salvage yard at Goolwa in South Australia that will provide long term employment for local people with a disability and a retail outlet for salvageable goods.
